"have used ETB several times now over the past 2-3 years. Firstly for tyres, then there was something else, I can't remember exactly now, but what I do remember is that I was 100% over the moon with the service and the customer care. I was quoted a price, but then was pleasantly surprised that the job actually turned out to cost less. They rang me and told me it was over £100 less than previously anticipated when i took the car in. How honest. I could have easily paid the original quote no questions asked. I was a very happy customer. I more recently went in for a suspension repair which was done the same day and at a very reasonable price. Today I had an MOT here. First one at this company. For the first time in my years of driving I had a clean sheet!!! No advisorys!! Now that has never happened to me before. My car is 2013 plate so not necessarily new! Now there's an honest MOT report for you!! Over the moon once again and will 100% be going back and back again. I mean, I wont always get a clean sheet MOT result of course, but I do think I will always get honest and reliable customer service. Excellent company. Thank you so very much. 1"
