"I got a puncture in my car at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. I drove to the nearest tyre fitters who kindly lent me their air line but wouldn’t look at the tyre. I rang two other national firms who said come back on Monday. I then rang ETB and spoke to a very helpful Becky who said ‘No problem, come to us and we will help’. I arrived at 4.30pm and was served by Craig who quickly removed the wheel and showed me a big hole in the middle of the tyre. A new tyre was ordered and fitted early Saturday morning at a very reasonable price. I met the Manager who has a ‘Can Do’ policy which is amazing for a tyre company. I will open an account and send all my future tyre business to ETB. Well done Becky, Craig and The Manger."

Having booked two tyres based upon another garage service report ETB reviewed the tyres and advised there was no need to chnage as tread depth etc was all still good. They happily advised I could get a refund on the tyres and did not charge for their trouble. Brilliant customer service and will definitley be using again. Thanks!"
