"I recently went to ETB as I had a flat tyre which turned out to have a faulty Valve this was changed with no charge, whilst attending to my tyre the mechanic asked if I was having problems with my handbrake as it was very slack, I confirmed I had had issues with it. He told me to book it in and leave it with them for about an hour which I did yesterday 09.10.24, collected after work and once again all was sorted and again NO CHARGE!!! what a refreshing experience, can't thank the guys enough for the help, swift efficient service and 5 stars.
