"Had great experience. Initially went for an alignment and was asked to replace my rear and front bolts as they seemed siezed. I asked them to still try if they can free it. And they did try and freed it. The car was driving perfectly fine after it but the steering was misaligned. Went back to them and they totally accepted the mistake and redid the alignment. The problem still occurred, but not for once did they blame me or my vehicle. They asked me to wait a day so they can recalibrate their equipment as there seemed to be a issue not allowing them to properly fix it. They called me next day and i went back again and they finally fixed my car. They didnt charge me anything extra for the effort they had to put in. Great people. Im sold, im gonna be a regular customer from now on."

"I can only praise this company for its honesty. Yesterday i took a wheel in that had a slow puncture checked and the rim was at fault. The rim was smoothed and tyre fitted with sealant. Whilst there I enquired about a new battery for this car as it had failed a couple of times. I then ordered a new battery and had an appointment booked for the following day to bring the car in. Next day the car was checked prior to fitting new battery. The test engineer reported that there was nothing wrong with the battery and the alternator was working OK. The odd failure was due to low usage of the car and long standing periods. I was told that I did not need a new battery and just to run the car a little more often. No charge and I just drove off. They could so easily fitted a new battery and charged for it, especially as I had ordered it. That honesty deserves my promoting ETB as the place to go for your tyre, exhaust, battery and MOT’s."
