"I had a realistic price for the 4 tyres required Bridgestone Turanza 6. Decided to proceed and was told my car would be worked on in about 10 minutes. I checked after being there for 30 minutes to see the car with the 4 wheels removed. Another 40 minutes passed and the new tyres were in place and the car moved to have the tracking checked which was quite quick. After waiting in total 1 hour 45 minutes I finally got my keys back. I queried why it took so long and Lee explained the first come first serve process. He offered me a tour to see the process and the amount of time became clear when entering the old tyre removal and new tyres being fitted. In my opinion the team working in that department were overrun with the demand from the fitting bay. The amount of time should have been mentioned at the point of booking in so at least I could have stretched my legs with a walk. I could not fault the professionalisn of all the staff who were very polite. Having said all that, providing ETB pricing remains competitive I shall recommend them to anyone wanted new tyres."

The shop is clean, lads are great although you only see the counter guys. Prices are what they are these days. Even have a drinks machine in waiting room."
