"Was my go to place for new tyres for 10 plus year. Normally fitted and sorted within a hour. For the first time I was quoted 2-2.5 hours. The parking area was full which rarely is. Can't fault staff, always been helpful and friendly. I don't know if the longer wait is due to the ownershop change. On plus side the garage is located a short walk from town centre so options rather then sitting and waiting."

The old Britannia brand had built something truly special, and I’ve recommended you to countless friends and colleagues over the years. That’s why it’s been disappointing to notice how overworked and undervalued the staff seem to be. It’s hard to miss — you can see the exhaustion in their faces, hear it in their voices, and sometimes even in the way they apologise for often lengthy delays they clearly can’t control. A company is only as strong as the people behind it, and right now it feels like the foundations are being stretched dangerously thin. I hope upper management recognises that looking after your team is not just the right thing to do, but also essential for the long-term success of the business. A demoralised workforce has already greatly affected the once great service, and will eventually affect innovation and customer trust. I truly want the company I have been a patron of for more than two decades, to thrive for more decades to come, but unless you start taking better care of your staff, I fear that the incredible reputation you’ve built will slowly begin to crack, if it hasn't already."
