"I had to get 2 new front tyres replaced and rang around several garages locally before deciding to take my car to ETB, not only do they have a superb range of tyres in stock but you can also book a time slot online. I chose instead to go to the garage without booking and I was in and out within an hour, the service they provide is first class and the staff there go above and beyond. After Jamie explained and showed me that the old tyres were very worn on the outside edges, I decide to have the tracking done in addition to having the tyres fitted. Additionally they also spotted a fair bit of corrosion on the alloys and removed it all free of charge. All in all a great experience and I will definitely be recommending ETB in Caerphilly to friends and family."

"The staff are always really friendly and happy to help. I’ve popped in several times and they’ve looked at and fixed my car same day where possible, or booked in and sorted within days. Recently had an issue with my tyre pressure sensor going off following new tyres being put on fairly recently, tyre was reseated, sealed and new valve put on just incase and no problems since, and also sorted a rattling bracket on my exhaust at the same time at no charge which was much appreciated! Also going to a garage as a woman can be an absolute nightmare, but here I’ve always been treated with respect, which is a huge credit to the staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
