"We were at the end of week 1 of our holiday and the warning light told of a tyre issue. We found a nail in the tyre. Quick google search near to our base came up with ETB. I phoned explained the concern and was surprised to be offered an appointment the next day. On the same day on the way home we hit a rock at the side of a country lane and had a blow out. I phoned ETB in the morning. No problem they would fix both. So puncture repair and new tyre. Sorted in 40 minutes. Great price too. They just took all the stress out of this situation to allow us to enjoy our holiday. Remarkable service. Overwhelmed by their efficiency. Can we please have an ETB where we live. X"
