"It's not a very exciting place to review, but I used it a couple of weeks ago, having not used the place for a few years, for no real reason other than I've had no need to. I thought the reception staff there were excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me some good advice on a couple of enquiries. Also I was under promised and over delivered. Told it would be an hour wait, but was in and out in less than 30 mins for a single tyre replacement. Suggestion to make it even better - have a higher table desk somewhere in the waiting area. I came in the middle of my working day and the tables in there are too low to realistically use to put my laptop on and clear a few emails while waiting"
