"I took my car in today after hearing a loud squeaking noise whilst driving. I was concerned because I needed to drive back to Manchester at the weekend. I left my car with them (planned to leave it overnight) and they contacted me a couple of hours later. It turned out to be a stone caught in between the brake shield and rotor and they had removed it. They said there was no charge. When I collected my car, I tried to give them some money (as a tip) but they wouldn’t take it. If I lived nearer I would definitely take my car there in future.
