"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from A1 today.Cannot recommend them higher. Their customer service was 1st class and every member of the team I had the pleasure of interacting with were brilliant. Very PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE team. I had 2 new tyres less than a month ago by another Hull tyre shop. Had taken car back as was not driving well. Was told i had a buckled alloy as they couldnt balance the tyre and added naximum weight. They couldnt fix the 'buckle'. A1 told me straight away the wheel rim was fine and not buckled. They proceded to check the rim and tyre even fitting a new tyre, all to prove that in fact it was a defective new tyre with a very heavy spot. Spent ages with me yet refused to charged me anything- and I would have happily paid for their time (Outcome- back to 1st shop & tyre eventually swapped for new.) A1 Will be getting ALL my business now and I shall spread the word..."

"Needed a repair on a bent alloy causing a leak. Its worth noting this type of repair can only be done to damage on inside of rim. £60 plus a new tyre due to run flat damage and all good. Certainly cheaper than a new rim. Took car in and within 30 minutes I was driving out again"

"On behalf of my partner who was on a business trip in the area. He woke up on Thursday morning with a flat tyre! He was absolutely fuming. This place recovered his car, and they were able to fit him in that morning with no issues. He picked it up later in the afternoon. I was relieved as he was due to come home that evening and was worried he’d have to stay an extra night. Thankfully he was able to come home as this place got his car tyre sorted quickly.
